* Seventh night free,
except Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Year's Day when holiday rates/conditions apply.

Terms and Conditions:
50% deposit per house, due at the time of reservation
Balance due 30 days prior to departure
Monthly rates available.

Cancellation Policy: All payments are non-refundable unless the property can be rented for the exact dates cancelled. Reservation revisions, no shows, and early departures will be considered cancellations and are subject to these terms.
